1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session at Baba Stills Self Photo Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

• A ₹300 deposit is required to confirm your booking
• The deposit must be paid within 1 hour of booking confirmation
• Full payment is due at the time of your session
• We accept payments via Paytm, Razorpay, and cash
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Rescheduling:

• Free rescheduling is available up to 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled session
• Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur a fee

Cancellation:

• Cancellations made 2+ days before the session: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations within 48 hours: Deposit is non-refundable
• No-shows: Full payment is forfeited

4. Studio Rules and Conduct

• Sessions must start on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals
• Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will result in reduced session time
• The studio is a private space. Please respect the equipment and facilities
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited
• Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund

5. Photography Guidelines

• You have complete creative freedom within the studio
• You are responsible for operating the camera and equipment
• Basic instructions for equipment use will be provided
• Any damage to equipment due to misuse will be charged to the client
• Props and backdrops are provided as per your selected package

6. Photo Delivery and Ownership

• Photos will be delivered via your chosen method (Google Drive, email, etc.)
• Delivery typically occurs within 24-48 hours after your session
• You own all rights to your photos
• We may request permission to use your photos for marketing purposes
• You can opt out of photo usage for marketing at any time

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• Baba Stills is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings
• We are not liable for technical issues that may affect photo quality
• In case of equipment failure, we will offer a free rescheduling or full refund
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your session

8. Discounts and Promotions

• Discounts require valid identification (student ID, birth certificate, etc.)
• Only one discount can be applied per booking
• Discounts apply to base package prices only, not add-ons
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and respecting your privacy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
